Service department is not the service I expected. I bought 2 gmc and both of them came out defected. I brought in my 23 gmc 2500 for a horrible noise on the suspension I came to pick it up and the no I bought 2 gmc and both of them came out defected. Then when I boutght the truck the door has 2 dents and and supposedly were going to be repaired and when I saw the dent I was told that all the managers approval was to do what they did to it which it was 50% of the reapair. The service it completely sucks and I have tried to give them business as much as I can. After 3 has trucks in 2 years I won’t be coming back gor another one More

Performed the first service on my 2022 2500HD. Tire rotation, oil change, etc. Initially thought that they didn’t rotate the tires since the pressures and locations matched what it was when I brou Tire rotation, oil change, etc. Initially thought that they didn’t rotate the tires since the pressures and locations matched what it was when I brought it in. Towed a 14k lb trailer (about 2400lb on the pin) 200 miles the next day with what I thought was my correct pressures. Got home after the trip and went to set the correct pressure for an unloaded truck and realized that they didn’t reassign the tpms after rotating and that I ended up towing all the way to AZ with underfilled rear tires. Not the end of the world, a little $10.00 tool from Amazon took care of it but pay attention to the little details guys. More
My car was dropped off early Nov 9, 2022 and promised to be fixed by Nov 14 for a turbo sensor issue. It sat until Nov 15 until they said they needed more time. After a few follow ups, it wasn't until aft be fixed by Nov 14 for a turbo sensor issue. It sat until Nov 15 until they said they needed more time. After a few follow ups, it wasn't until after 2 weeks had passed until they told me to come get, they could not fix it and mechanic would not work on it because I have a BAIID unit in the car. Never stopped them before but after 2 weeks nothings but a lot of Ubers!! More
