The wait to check in was short and I’m sure they completed my oil change competently. However, the customer service was lacking. His reply was “well it probably won’t come up”. Well okay then. I asked if I could have a reminder sticker put on my windshield, that wasn’t done. When I asked about that, his reply was “just count 5,000 miles from the current odometer reading.” Lol ok. Did the job get done? Yes. It took 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. Did I leave there raving about the service I received? Absolutely not. Will I be back? Probably, just will low expectations. More

Advisor Dario Gomez didn’t provide Cust service and didn’t meet expectations at all. Advisor didn’t follow up to informed me that my vehicle will need to stay a day long. I contacted service dept at 3:?pm to find out that they would be keeping my vehicle. I complain to him what bad service he was providing and requested a manager. He’s reply was I don’t know where he is. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing and told him that right after hangs up. I contacted headquarters afterwards. More
