Services performed were well, timeline deceived for waiting period was extremely unsatisfactory. Was told wait time would be 2 hours. After 3 hours of waiting I was now told that truck wouldn’t be read waiting period was extremely unsatisfactory. Was told wait time would be 2 hours. It took 20 minutes for someone to greet me. After my car was finished, nobody called to notify me. When I called to ask for an update, I was told I had 10 minutes to pick up my car and that if After my car was finished, nobody called to notify me. Only after explaining that nobody had called to let me know that my car was ready did the employee begrudgingly say that he would ask someone to wait for me. Thank you Eric for waiting for me. After I was given my keys, it took another ten minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was still waiting for my car. I don’t know the gentleman’s name who saw me outside, but thank you. The mechanic who delivered my car was also great. The service to the car was up to par, but the communication and customer service could certainly use a tune up. More
