I had a engine replaced and asked for the steering to be checked... I had just replaced the steering pump and was still hard to steer at a standstill... after saying they checked the steering system on the checked... I thought maybe the one I had replaced 6 months ago was defective but when they gave me back the car it is still hard to steer.... failed diagnosis I wonder if they have my original power steering pump.. Not happy with the end result of my service and transaction. If you run my address, you will see that I am a loyal Mark Christopher customer. Your service department is not as it used to be. My service agent Dario Gomez lacks enthusiasm and interest in what I have to say. My previous service agents were attentive and had better people skills. I was over charged. I called Dario and left him a voice mail letting him know on the same date of service 12-18-20. I called him at 4:22pm, left him full details of the problem and he never returned my call. at the end of business day on Monday 12-21-20 I called and left a detailed voicemail with the service manager Matt Torres and as of today January 7,2021, I have yet to receive a return call from him the service manager. This is unacceptable to have both the service agent and the service manager not return my call. It’s not how I expect to be treated and my overcharge has never been credited back or even dealt with More
The staff was polite, no issues there. If that's looked at and rectified, I would be willing to give a higher rating. I called about a week ago and spoke to either attack or a supervisor, and they made a note that they had spoken with me, and they said that they would give us a free something like an engine analysis. The person on the phone in the service department said that maybe when they were fixing the recall issue on the car, that they might have bumped or loosened or removed wire. So I will bring the car in so they can look at it. It is a 2018 GMC Trax, we only have maybe 22 thousand miles or something like that on motor. Below, the survey asks me to read Service Personnel, but since I'm not sure of the names I will give them 3-star because I don't know who I worked with. When I went in, they said they were short-staffed, maybe because people were sick or similar. More
