This is my second time using Mark Christopher for service and I cannot express how happy I am. Mark Christopher’s service has declined since I’ve been there last. They really need to open the Cadillac side of service. After having my car for 2 1/2 weeks they returned it to me filthy dirty, which is there last. They really need to open the Cadillac side of service. After having my car for 2 1/2 weeks they returned it to me filthy dirty, which is not how it was dropped off and then the problem I brought it in for wasn’t fixed and had to bring it back again after they ordered the part. Once I get helped, I’m happy with the service. However, every time I have come there, I waited in my car as instructed by the signs, and it took a long time for someone to come out to help me. By the time they came out, there were 6 people behind me. It’s long enough I consider going inside to find someone. Other than that, I really like the waiting area. Comfortable chairs and plenty of vending machines. I’ll be sorry to go back to the Buick waiting area, which is pretty small. More
