I would like to know how you bill your labor. I was billed 400 dollars in labor for a job that took about 1.5 hours to complete. That see a little outrageous to me. The appointment system is misleading. I expect to go in at my time and get my work done. My appointment was at 10:00, which I was not shocked was a long ling of cars.
