My vehicle heater needed repair. I scheduled an appointment and took my car in at the appointed time. They took my car right in, made repairs and called me to come get it in pretty short order. Well they had my car for 11 days, it was not suppose to take that long. When we finally got back it wasn’t washed, as promised, we asked it so they did a horrible job, the back area looked as if they threw take that long. I had asked them to listen for a whistling noise that they could not "verify" but I heard as soon as I got on the freeway. Found out itb wasn't done until I was informed car was ready for pick up, asked if I coupon was used , Nobu didn't know it was on the list, service writer that left us standing outside for over 20 minutes, didn't write that down. Oil change was done, in a rush, that is concerning and coupon wasn't used either. I asked on Friday the 8th for a manager to call me, as of today the 12th, no call. Disappointing.... More
Things went from bad to worse with my FIRST SERVICE at Mark Christopher. I first get a text from Jackie my “service manager” saying that the work on my truck has been started but they somehow damage my tr Mark Christopher. I first get a text from Jackie my “service manager” saying that the work on my truck has been started but they somehow damage my truck by scratching the paint so now they had to repair that and it was going to take longer now. Finally I get a TEXT from Jackie at 3:59 P.m telling me my truck is ready so when I’m about to head out to get my truck it’s already 5:00 p.m I called Jackie to let her know I’m on my way when to my surprise she tells me they’re already closed and don’t open again til Monday. Pretty much leaving me without my truck for the entire weekend, no effort at all in figuring out a solution, I literally had to ask her if she can reach out to some of her peers to see if they could do anything, so she calls me back to tell me I got til 6 to pick it up. Overall it was the worst experience I’ve had with any dealership. More
