Generally quick service but COVID-19 has caused a merge between Chevy and Cadillac. Would like to see service departments separately as it would reduce wait time. Service Agent was pleasant. But they never checked and filled my tires after I asked twice. Left with the same low pressure that I came with. I was uncomfortable just leaving my keys in the car and just walking away. Maybe you could provide some kind of script that they can memorize to make customers feel safe leaving their cars like that. I declined service because who has almost $1,500 to give during a pandemic and so close to Christmas? Plus, according to the estimate, it was not clear that they really needed to do all that to my car anyway. After the suggested repair, then they would reevaluate. Really? So we just left after we dropped $165. You would think that I could at least get air in my tires. There was one gentleman that was super CUSTOMER SERVICE but I did not get his name. He opened the door for us and directed us to the cashier in the most wonderful way possible. I wish I got his name. Tall, dark hair, Caucasian, booming voice. The cashier was dry in the customer service area. We had to ask twice where to get our car and what the car key retrieval process was like. I’m done with this. More
