I just want to start off by saying that I am an understanding person during these rough times with COVID-19, but I am still a customer. I have serviced multiple vehicles with Mark Christopher Chev understanding person during these rough times with COVID-19, but I am still a customer. I have serviced multiple vehicles with Mark Christopher Chevrolet and I was having difficulty reaching the service department for a regular maintenance service, it was very frustrating and it made me want to go somewhere else. I was able to reach Jeff Rizzi, the service department manager and he was very apologetic and took care of everything for me and made me forget the frustrations I have dealt with, especially because I went over my service miles due to a two week delay of not being returned a phone call from service. I’m sure Jeff was able to reach out to his team and remind them that Mark Christopher Cheverolet customers is what helps keep the business running. I am more than glad to return back for a service or sale because of Jeff Rizzi and his willingness to help! More

No Lyft/Uber rides available, so I had to pay my own way to and from the dealership. I have been maintaining the car based on GM recommended service intervals, but I was told we're in an area considered "s to and from the dealership. I had even signed up for the email reminders from GM and never heard of this. More than half of the miles on this Volt are on electric only, so that makes no sense. Three hours after I was informed that my car was ready, I arrived at the dealership and waited 40 minutes after paying the cashier. It turns out they "lost" the car. It wasn't even washed I've always received a car wash at a dealership after scheduled maintenance and recalls. This was my first time at Mark Christopher simply for the convenience of being close to my office, but I ended up wasting nearly two hours of my day with the time I waited at the dealership and the traffic I was stuck in. That's why I do errands before rush hour. I didn't count on having my car misplaced. More
