I went into your service department. After waiting 2hrs. I noticed my truck parked in front of building, my adviser went to lunch, i had to track someone down to help me then at cashier she made sign and pa I noticed my truck parked in front of building, my adviser went to lunch, i had to track someone down to help me then at cashier she made sign and pay and had no idea where my keys were. Receptionist had to go to find keys because after paging 2x and no answer she could see I was getting upset. Even though everyone was polite it was not a comfortable situation because my last visit someone stole my hitch off my truck, and they literally had to get the key out of glove box to get it off so needless to say I probably won't return. More
