This visit was horrible. First they sent us to Hertz rental car and my wife was given a car with trash underneath the drivers seat, dog hair and had a small balloon in the p First they sent us to Hertz rental car and my wife was given a car with trash underneath the drivers seat, dog hair and had a small balloon in the passenger seat which appeared to be consistent with how drugs are packaged. I returned the car the same way my wife received it. The dealership lacked communication. I left several messages for Jackie and did not receive any follow up information from her until the following week. Her boss was somewhat responsive. I just asked for a call back and follow up for my vehicle. A lot got more done when I visited in person. I don’t feel it should be that way. It doesn’t sit well when the service person (Jackie) says they don’t know when they will get the car fixed and back to us. Iam making a payment on a practically a new car to sit in the shop. I don’t see them changing. This is the second time I have taken my car their for warranty issue. Same story. More

My 2021 Silverado Diesel truck has a bad coolant valve. It’s under warranty. Mark Christopher said they couldn’t find one within driving distance. Told me nothing they can do because part in unavailable It’s under warranty. Mark Christopher said they couldn’t find one within driving distance. My truck is under warranty per service person. So I called GM. Filed a claim. Three weeks later NOTHING still. No help. Nothing. Disappointed in Mark Christopher too. It’s my 4th Silverado in 15 years. Maybe time to change. Can’t sell it because it’s broken. It’s how I make a living too. More
