AWFUL!! DO NOT BUY HERE!! The sales reps lie to you to get you to purchase their vehicles only to have them fall apart immediately. A safety check was clearly not completed on the vehicle prior to selling it to me – the headlights didn’t even work! I had issues with the headlight, windshield wipers, transmission, brakes and spark plugs all within 3 ½ months of purchasing the car from them. I called the service manager to help me out and they refused to cover the spark plugs because it was 2 weeks after their 3 month promise to fix issues! You would think after all of the other items they missed and time I had to spend sitting in their service waiting room they could make an exception! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!! More

Great Buying Experience Well No One enjoys shopping for a new car or the impending battle over the pricing... My wife and I just did it! No, not a battle or a long drawn out trip to the dealers. We ended up with a very enjoyable experience at Mark Kia. Our sales person Josh shared the invoice with us and the dealer rebates we qualified for, then we shared a hand shake. Not much going back and forth (like most dealer), everything on the table. At the end of it all, we ended up with the vehicle we wanted, the price we wanted, and a great buying experience! We would recommend Josh and Mark Kia to everyone looking for a new Kia and a cool salesman. Oh! And the finance office was also a good experience. We weren't beat up about over priced warranties or countless add ons. Take my word, these guys are worth giving them a shot! More

Huge kudos to my AWESOME salesman, Peter for taking care of me and patiently walking me through the car buying process!! Shout out to Juan for getting everything squared away with finances and Ryan for ensuring I was a satisfied buyer! Even the attendants jumped in to make sure I was well taken care of. First electric car First off after buying the vehicle I realized the vehicle was falsely advertised on the website. The vehicle was was a base model instead of a higher model. This is partly my fault of course. I should have not trusted the dealership. The description even stated the higher trim. *updated due to falling through with staying committed to promises of work to be performed. Kevin was our sale person, he was very skilled at the sale of the vehicle of course but never followed through on staying committed to getting what was owe as in a tint job to be done. He offered to have the car picked up ( would be nice because we live in surprise) to get the service done, but when I accepted the offer nothing was done about it. I called the service department the following week and was able to schedule it myself with no problem (unrealistically unable to get the job done due to my schedule)..... lack of staying committed to 101% of customer satisfaction! More
