I promised a good review for a car which I recently purchased at Mark Kia in Scottsdale AZ. Like all auto sellers today it’s a seller’s market due to the limited production or available in different ar purchased at Mark Kia in Scottsdale AZ. I found Mark Kia in Scottsdale AZ to be challenging, as is the case with every new or used dealership, however I will say I had a very positive experience in the end. I did achieve purchasing the auto for their advertised internet price. The sales staff of Max Kemp and Shane Woods were helpful and I appreciate their honesty. I want to pass on my appreciation to them and their managers. More

Untruthful. Pushy. Deceiving. Abrasive. Once we stood up for ourselves and wouldn’t finance 18,000 for 6 years at 600 a month the customer service went out the w Pushy. Deceiving. Abrasive. Once we stood up for ourselves and wouldn’t finance 18,000 for 6 years at 600 a month the customer service went out the window. We ended up financing for 5 years at almost half the price. They will not walk you through the app that you have to buy with the car. They will not take off the OPTIONAL key protection plus. And you’ll pay 3x the normal amount for ceramic tint. More

As I'm moving to the Scottsdale area and interested in leasing a KIA Hybrid, I reached out via internet with a full explanation of my interests, asks and situation. Instead of simply answering my question leasing a KIA Hybrid, I reached out via internet with a full explanation of my interests, asks and situation. Instead of simply answering my question on current lease specials for a KIA Hybrid, I kept getting emails on buying their most expensive models on the lot and why Mark KIA was so great from sleazeball salesperson Ethan Shannon. In frustration, I reached out to General Manager Joshua Spenser who then just blew me off with NO RESPONSE. To the OWNER of MARK Kia, if this is what you get from a qualified, interested and ready customer, what do you get after you give you our hard earned money. No thanks, there are better dealers out there that value your business and treat you right. Stay away from these hack salesman left over from the 80's. More
