I had a fantastic and very much trouble free experience with Demarko at Mark Kia. Demarco responded to my internet inquiry within 5 minutes of my submission and was just as communicative throughout the ent with Demarko at Mark Kia. Demarco responded to my internet inquiry within 5 minutes of my submission and was just as communicative throughout the entire process. His sales manager, Max, was extremely prompt and attentive as well. Finance even had me done and out the door within 20 minutes of sitting down. It's clear, by their care for their customers, that they have great leadership down there. Thanks to the team that performed above expectation and delivered a gorgeous car to me! He was AMAZING. I was hesitant to come to a dealership because I didn't want high pressure sales or talked into buying a car they want to get rid of. But DeMarco as I was hesitant to come to a dealership because I didn't want high pressure sales or talked into buying a car they want to get rid of. But DeMarco assured me that's not how it works at Mark Kia and told me they were dedicated to having repeat business, so they make sure all of their buyers are happy. I thought this is too good to be true, but it wasn't! He moved mountains to get me the deal I needed. Can't recommend him enough!!!!!!!!! More
