Started the deal with my offer their counter included an item called accessories at just under 2000.00 which I was told was mandatory to which I said pass salesmanager knocked one off I passed again and lef item called accessories at just under 2000.00 which I was told was mandatory to which I said pass salesmanager knocked one off I passed again and left the dealership once home received a call removing 2nd mandatory accessory I passed again, times passes and another call removing the last item deal made and I ask for the paperwork on the Certified Pre owned warranty to which I was informed was not part of the deal now the add I responded to was.through Cars.com and if you read it it reads one owner Certified Pre Owned, carfax included which I also did not receive I purchased on my own, then I was informed the CPO if I wanted it would cost me an additional 785.00, I wanted the vehicle so I reluctantly paid picked up the car told them I was an unhappy customer and headed out on the 101 freeway in rush hour traffic bumper to bumper traffic in 85 degree heat to discover the CPO 160 point inspection had not found a dead compressor so no AC. HAPPY definitely not I feel the add was false in regards to the CPO and they should be censured More
