After A LOT of car shopping and visiting many dealers (KIA, Honda, Subaru, Mazda, Toyota), we were extremely impressed with Mazda. We visited two Mazda dealerships, Chapman and Mark, which were both exce (KIA, Honda, Subaru, Mazda, Toyota), we were extremely impressed with Mazda. We visited two Mazda dealerships, Chapman and Mark, which were both exceptional. The employees were professional, warm and knowledgeable and there were NO high pressure sales tactics. We just wanted to see cars and test drive, and Mazda got us into a car to test ASAP. Other dealers wanted to fill out worksheets and talk finance and we weren't ready for that yet. Plus it just seemed really odd to immediately start talking about money and focus on filling out worksheets like we're in grade school. I don't know why other deals do that. We're adults - let's have a conversation. The facility is absolutely beautiful and I love the extra touches like the nice beverage machine and the free snacks. Even the lobby smelled good! Brennden was great - even at the end of the day - when all of us were pretty spent and ready to go home. He was well-versed in the products and the company and was a good sport about both my husband and I wanting to test drive and ask a lot of questions. He helped us get more for our trade in and negotiate on some of the particulars and we walked away with a deal I think we were all happy with. I'd also like to shout out the woman in finance (I can't recall her name - but she mentioned she was the only woman in finance). She was amazing and still smiling at 9 PM as we wrapped everything up. My husband and I were worse for wear after an unexpectedly long day of car shopping, and the finance person was so understanding and helpful. I am so sorry I can't recall her name! What ultimately made us choose Mazda was the product itself - which is superior. We loved that the car feels luxury and has so many thoughtful details that other vehicles in its class do not. We are elated with our purchase and will definitely recommend Mark Mazda and Brennden to our friends. More

A salesperson named David reached out to me and I let him know I was waiting to buy the car until my tax refund came through. He said no problem let him know when I'm ready. February 2nd: David emailed me asking if I had a trade in. I did so he asked me if I wanted to come down for a free appraisal. I said sure even though it is an hour drive from my house to them. We make an appointment for the 5th. February 5th: I get to the dealership about 45 minutes late due to a bad accident on the 10 that day. I get an email from the manager Adam letting me know if David is busy to see him. Understandable since I was running late. When I actually get to the dealership instead of either David or Adam I get a salesperson named Juan. Juan is a nice guy but knows nothing about my situation. Since they don't have the trim I want on the lot (even though it says they did on their website) Juan offered to take a test drive with me on the next trim down while they appraised my car. So I did that and when I get back to the dealership to find out the appraisal they say they don't want to give me a price for the car. The ENTIRE reason I went there that day. So I left wasting 4 hours of my weekend. February 6th: Get an email from a Blake saying he is the Sales Manager and asking me about my experience coming in and if there is anything else I needed. I emailed him back letting him know my frustrations with what happened and he has yet to email me back. February 10th: Put down a holding deposit on the CX-5 I wanted at Horne Mazda. So I talked to David, Adam, Juan, and Blake and got the runaround the entire time. I would love to have a real conversation with someone from Mark Mazda but who knows who I will get this time. More
