If you have ever had to deal with the horrors of buying a new car ever in your life and never want that feeling again that you get down deep in your gut while sitting across from someone spewing lies and compounding them by telling one right after another with such ease and comfort that it disgusts you having to listen to it then google Martin Chevrolet and take a look at their mission statement because if it is appealing to you as it was to but you are weary about it because you've heard it before 1 million times or seen it in writing on a dealers website let me put your mind at ease and tell you that you will have no reason to ever second-guess what they promise you in their words because even as bold as their statement is they under promise and over deliver and everything. If everybody there has the qualities of my sales person Carlos then everybody in the dealership sleeps quite well at night. I was invited to the dealership by Steve the new car manager by way of communicating through email and by me explaining to Steve my discussed in all the dealerships I had dealt with in the past week simply trying to buy my next vehicle in which I had done all my homework on end crossed all my tees and dotting all my eyes just so this horrible process would be just a little bit easier. Steve convinced me to give Martin Chevrolet a chance to earn my trust and even though I was extremely weary about it I decided to drive the 27 miles to see if his promises and that mission statement I saw on the front of their website was anything that held weight. Boy am I glad I did. Not only was I not harassed five steps before the door but when I got inside and introduced to Carlos Steve came to introduce himself to me and honestly I saw him just as much as Carlos throughout the sales process and I am no dummy I know that new car managers are busy as they come but if you could see Steve's mannerisms and his facial expressions he sat down at the desk with me acting as if he had no where to be and nothing to do except hang out with me but that was not the case I'm sure. Imagine getting that type of feeling at a car dealership. Like I said I could go on and on but I will end it here by telling you to trust Martin Chevrolet and buy your car from Martin Chevrolet and do what I did, become part of the family because I sure feel comfortable enough saying it. Honestly I feel like I should be spending all major holidays with them like families do. One person I almost forgot and I would've kicked myself if I did not give a shout out to and that is their number one top finance guy who took amazing care of me that is James Dunn. I would be willing to bet that he's one of the most underrated members of the team simply because of where he comes in during the buying process but rest assured when you get to his office you will be treated with kid gloves and you will be treated with honesty respect and you will be treated with James only looking out for your best interest nothing else.
