This dealership sold me a car before they inspected it. They took one week after signing to replace parts. I brought the car back after one day of driving it due to multiple dash lights. They held the car for almost three weeks, even sent it to another dealership, told me they replaced the same parts as before. Then I picked the car up and it threw the same 5 lights after driving 14 miles. I understand cars need repair, but the communication while holding the car for so long was absolutely terrible. For example I received a text that my car was ready after two weeks, followed by a nevermind text and they held the car another week. I do appreciate them providing a loaner vehicle, however they asked me to bring it back for a swap because they wanted to show it to a customer. Oil change and tire rotation with appointment was 2. 5 hours. They told me upon appointment 90 minutes. Last time 3 hours. Figured I've give it one more chance. I'm done with Martin Chevy.
