In an unfortunate situation(rear ended), I recently found myself needing to unexpectedly purchase a new vehicle after my 2019 Kia Sorento—despite being in perfect running condition—was deemed a “total loss” myself needing to unexpectedly purchase a new vehicle after my 2019 Kia Sorento—despite being in perfect running condition—was deemed a “total loss” due to the cost of body repairs. Given the circumstances, I cast a wide net to find the right vehicle that would fit both my lifestyle and budget, especially with the added impact of taking on an unexpected car payment. Ultimately, I landed on another Sorento, but this time made the decision to go with a hybrid model. This was a highly stressful process, made even more challenging by the tight timeline, as my insurance only covered a rental for 10 days after notifying me of the total loss decision. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to work with Denise Moen, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She worked tirelessly to help me find the right fit—even coming in on her day off. When we couldn’t find the right vehicle on the lot, Denise partnered with her sales manager, Martin, to locate and negotiate a trade for exactly what I was looking for, all while keeping the price within my budget.
