CH, In speaking with Shannon the Kia sales manager, she informed me that she made the initial contact by phone to introduce herself and assist you with your inquiry regarding the new Kia Plug In Hybrid Sportage. She also communicated via text in the latter stages of the transaction. As you know this is a rare vehicle with a long waiting list therefore we require our sales manager to stay involved throughout. We are grateful that you travelled from a neighboring state and passing a few other Kia dealerships to purchase your Sportage from Martin Kia. To show our appreciation we did provide you with a Cargo Tray at no charge and a discount if you chose to purchase The Home Link Mirror from our Parts Department. Per your request we also provided you additional time to sell your vehicle privately. We held the Sportage until you were ready to take delivery. Additionally there is no extra charge if you obtain your own financing. We do apologize for you having to wait to meet with the finance manager. We wish you many happy and healthy miles in your new Kia Sportage.
