Andre Flowers was very nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. He kept my mom and I informed about the status of the process (running my credit and the managers' decision). The only downfall was the constant push from the financial manager for the extended warranty (I had to decline a couple times), and the fact that their final decision was to up the monthly price and increase the term (75 months) at a higher rate of 5.69%. This was the easiest car buying experience of my life. I walked in, able to test drive the car I wanted, the financing process started as soon as I returned from the test drive.
