I went to Martin Kai so frustrated. I asked for Ricky and he saw that I was frustrated. Not only did he show empathy but he ensured me that I would get a car. We went back out and look at three cars even though I wanted a blue color car. I finally came across the Kia optima 2019 which was beautiful with color and all the featured that I always wanted in a car. Not only that it's a smart car. Hooray!
