The dealership was very clean and well kept... The sales people's desks were not cluttered or messy... I was impressed because I know the showroom can generate a lot of traffic. Mark Grubb the Finance Manager is a SUPER STAR ! I was worried due to credit and negative equity. He worked the deal untill it was approved. He had a great attitude and pushed the deal to its limit... A finance manager that works the deal and the bank untill its approved is rare in this industry. It would have been easy for him to say "He doesnt have the credit" "He has to much negative equity". But he didnt ! He worked it every way untill it happened. I know the pressures a finance manager goes through as I was one for many years.... Just a great experience which I did not expect... Martin Dealerships has a excellent reputation in the community because of employees like these two guys..... THANKS FOR EVERYTHING ! I LOVE THE CAR ! More
