Will (the finance guy) made it seem like the extended warranties would be accepted most places, but I've called service centers all over the state of Delaware and haven't found a single place that will accept the warranty besides the Kia service center, which severely limits your ability to have repairs made to your vehicle in a timely fashion and/or convenient location. I purchased a car with matte paint, which has very specific and limiting care instructions (i.e. must use special soap and washcloths, can't take the car through a car wash, etc.) that I was completely unaware of. When I opened my glove box after getting my car home, I noticed a handout in there that states the dealership is mandated to inform buyers about all of this prior to the purchase, which they did not do. More
