Quick and easy. I recently brought my 2018 Sierra in for a routine maintenance before driving out of state on vacation. Between the getting me in with just a couple days notice and taking my truck a few minutes early and getting me right out in what felt like no time at all I was very satisfied. Michael in service was friendly and professional, making for an “extraordinary day at Marty’s” Also on an unrelated note I ran into salesman Derek Izzo, whom my family has purchased and leased several vehicles from and like always he was very personable and answered a few questions I had about the new 2020 Sierras.
