Had oil changed. Got home and oil filter leaking. Oil stains on garage floor and driveway now. Bottom of truck covered in oil. Went back to dealer to get oil to f Got home and oil filter leaking. Went back to dealer to get oil to fill it and replace oil that leaked out, they wouldn’t give me any I had to go out and buy my own. Overall terrible experience. More
Very disappointed , sent me home with a cracked windshield ,still is not fixed .Bought July 18, had car for four days before I picked it up still is not fixed. The day I drove it home I noticed it halfway home called Sabrina she said it was fixed , I said no it isn't if it was fixed I shouldn't see it. So as you can see it's been awful no one is in a hurry to fix my windshield this car shouldn't have been allowed off the lot with a broken windshield. More

The service advisor called me with the cost of repair. I asked him why so much. He did not explain the actual charges. I told him to proceed. I picked my truck up that evening just before closing. But obviously paid it. I called Adam the following morning to have him explain the invoice. He explained the process but became impatient and a bit belligerent with me, He said you can speak with my manager, I said I trying to work this out with you. He continued with his unprofessional tone. I then said I will speak with the manager. Peter Whalen called me back about an hour later. I explained my issue with the bill of $557.00 in labor and $77.00 in parts. No adjustments were made to my bill. I have been doing business with Marty's for over 30 years. I didn't expect much but would expect something. More
