Dealership Excellence Mr. Lokey approached me asking if he could help in any way. I told him what I was looking for and he lead me to a vehicle which was exactly what I wan Mr. Lokey approached me asking if he could help in any way. I told him what I was looking for and he lead me to a vehicle which was exactly what I wanted a 2018 Sierra 1500 Denali truck. He obtained the keys and I took it for a test drive. When I returned I decided to purchase the vehicle. Mr. Lokey led me through the entire process and introduced me to the finance manager where we completed the transaction. Mr. Lokey was very knowledgeable of the vehicles he was showing, extremely professional and very personable. He escorted me through the entire transaction all the way up to me driving the vehicle off the lot. I told him that I would be returning soon to purchase another GMC Denali for my wife. I've been dealing with Master GMC for the past five (5) years. To date, I've never had an unpleasant experience. In my opinion they are second to none. I'm looking forward to doing more business in the near future. My thanks to the entire staff!!!! More

Great experience with the service department when my water pump went out. Mr Charles took great care of me and postponed his vacation on Friday to make sure my Encore with the service department when my water pump went out.
