Matthews Ford of Norwich and especially Rich Ryan really came through for me again. This is my third vehicle Rich got me into and he really knows what I want and goes above & beyond to make sure he finds on came through for me again. This last vehicle was called a "Unicorn" by the sales team because a F-150 in the Lariat PowerBoost configuration is hard to get. Rich and the Matthews Ford Team acquired one from another Dealer and worked a great deal to trade in my Expedition. Rich knew me so well that the whole transaction was done mostly over the phone and when I finally got to see it in person I was very pleased! Naturally the transfer and signing paperwork was done in office but they made it fast and easy. Thank you Rich Ryan & Matthews Ford for a Great Experience. More

Great dealership to work with I've bought many vehicles for my personal use and business. I was fortunate to order and receive a 2022 Shelby GT500 Heritage Edition even know they are very limited. Latest p for my personal use and business. I was fortunate to order and receive a 2022 Shelby GT500 Heritage Edition even know they are very limited. Latest purchase was a 2026 King Ranch F350, awesome truck that was special ordered. I also purchased a 2024 ranger raptor and Matthew's installed a Ford Motorsport tuner, huge improvement over stock tune. I've purchased several F 350's a ranger and F150's. I would not be a repeating customer many times if Matthew's wasn't the best Ford Dealer in the area. More
