Matthews Ford of Norwich and especially Rich Ryan really came through for me again. This is my third vehicle Rich got me into and he really knows what I want and goes above & beyond to make sure he finds on came through for me again. Rich knew me so well that the whole transaction was done mostly over the phone and when I finally got to see it in person I was very pleased!
