I think there might be a high turn over at this dealership. I was pleased that a gentleman named Nicholas Fear waited on me in service. I drove an hour and a half to have my schedule appointment fo dealership. I was pleased that a gentleman named Nicholas Fear waited on me in service. I drove an hour and a half to have my schedule appointment for, touch-up on side mirrors, tire rotation, and oil change that was set up for me when I purchased the car end of July. Tire rotation and oil change not needed but the paint was touched up. The mix up on the paperwork was a bit frustrating and Nicolas gave me his card and told me to call him at his extension if I'm unable to get in touch with anyone. The phone woudl just ring and no one would answer. We are all going through a transition and I'm hoping things get better. I do love my new car. More

Dealer willingly obtained car in color of my choice, which was not on the lot. Sales rep kept me informed about progress of the deal and delivery of the car. Dealer complied with my requests for docume which was not on the lot. Sales rep kept me informed about progress of the deal and delivery of the car. Dealer complied with my requests for documentation of two details (buyout of lease and missing spare key). Dealership does not appear to be a happy place: employees could stand to smile more. More

Very helpful. Got the car I wanted in one day. Price was good. Sales rep was excellent. Car was well represented. My experience at fuccillo, from the Salesman I initially spoke to and met with, to the business manager and financial department, was that I felt like more of a human being than just a commission like I had spoke to and met with, to the business manager and financial department, was that I felt like more of a human being than just a commission like I had previously at Honda 5 years before. Richard the salesman knew exactly what I was looking for before I did, suggesting the car I eventually went with, and put a lot of effort in taking care of my old trade and working in the background with the rest of the moving parts to ensure I would be driving off the lot with it the next day. After the keys to my new Hyundai Kona was given to me, I told myself, then the salesman, I won’t be going anywhere else for any car purchase but fuccillo Hyundai. My stress level went from a 10 to a 2 instantly afterwards, and I do have everyone there to thank for taking care of It all, but at the same time not treating me like a paycheck. More
