My car came in for a thermostat to be replaced and an oil and filter change. After 3 hours in the shop the only thing done was the thermostat replacement. It is an hour and 15 minutes to get to the shop an and filter change. After 3 hours in the shop the only thing done was the thermostat replacement. It is an hour and 15 minutes to get to the shop and another 3 hours at the shop and I have to bring the car back for the oil change. This is in my view unacceptable. More

I had an emergency when my one (1) year old Hyundai Sante Fe Hybrid Limited would not start. After a charge by AAA I was able to drive my vehicle to Matthews Hyundai. Nick Fear, Service Manager was able to get my vehicle into the garage without me having a previously scheduled appointment. Since my vehicle was kept overnight, I was given a similar vehicle as a loaner. More
