What a great experience both in the service and sales department! Since Maus took over this dealership it is so much more welcoming and helpful. It was time for new vehicle and Rafael Lopez in sales did a great job finding me a vehicle that meets all my needs. Everyone was nice and courteous. I was having my 2020 MDX 10,000 service. I mentioned the tires were low and was told a 49 point check would cover it. I left after service driving back towards St.Petersbur 10,000 service. I mentioned the tires were low and was told a 49 point check would cover it. I left after service driving back towards St.Petersburg and checked the tire pressure monitor and all 4 tires were still low like they were when I arrived. I called and turned around and drove 20 miles back and watched the assistant fill the tires from 32 psi to 35 psi as required. Staff was apologetic and gave me 1/4 tank of gas.
