Crystal was my first text contact and once I told her that I was interested in turning My experience with Maus Acura was great from start to finish. Crystal was my first text contact and once I told her that I was interested in turning my existing lease in early, she said that they would be happy to make my experience easy and that their goal was to earn a new happy customer. Brittany reached out to me and we discussed the trim packages for the RDX and once I chose a specific car, the negotiations were handled all by text and email and ultimately we received a very fair deal. Angelo was also very helpful in the process and made sure he met us. We picked up our new RDX tonight and it was seamless! Zach was also very professional and made our experience a pleasure.
