Shawn Baer was great! He kept everything very black a white. Told him what I was looking for, he gave me a few options (due to low inventory), test drove what I thought I would like, and found one. The service department is what really earned my business. They fought tooth and nail, doing everything they could to get a Hyundai motor to be covered under warranty. Due to the motor not being covered due to a previous car lots poor decision, I purchased a new car from Max Motors. The whole staff busted their xxx for me. Bought the car, did paperwork, service did an inspection, changed a cracked serpentine belt, changed the oil,did a full detail, and made an appointment to get the windshield replaced. I may have spent a good portion of the day at the lot, but at the end of the day it was very well worth it. I will be returning when I need a newer/different vehicle for the family. More
