I wasn't planning to buy a new car this time (I actually brought a friend to look at cars!), but I immediately fell in love with the CX-50 Hybrid. Right away Shay and Vanessa brought out the car for me to test drive. I ended up buying it after receiving an amazing trade in for my 2018 CX-5. Throughout the process, Vanessa and Shay (the dream team) were very attentive, honest, fun and patiently answered all of our questions. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Ovais from the finance Dept was also great, he was prepared and ready to go by the time we sat down with him to sign.
