I often bring my 2018 Mazda Cx5 in to the Mazda of Elk Grove dealership for repairs and maintenance services. The videos of the status of my vehicle are so vital. The Mazda team maintains a great deal of honesty and integrity. I have worked with a few different service members (Maritza, Chris and Clayton) they are so kind, when ever I have a problem all the service leaders are ready to help get me back in the road. Billy Shields, the service manager, was really great in working with me on fixing a problem with my Mazda Protgege's idle speed. The rpm was too high when car was idling.
