What a great experience at this dealership! I was communicating with 5 different Mazda dealers for the best deal and Mazda of Elk Grove beat them all. It began with John over the phone and tex I was communicating with 5 different Mazda dealers for the best deal and Mazda of Elk Grove beat them all. It began with John over the phone and text. John was very courteous and professional. When it came time for me to go to the dealer John was not available so Nick took over. We prearranged a time with Nick and asked for 2 different models to be ready to view and compare. When we arrived at the dealer everything was ready to go. They had actually sold the particular vehicle that I received a quote on, but they ended up honoring the price on the same model, but with more options installed for the same price! Nick knows his Mazda's inside and out and his service and attitude were impeccable ! And then there was Antonio in finance, great attitude and made the process go seamlessly. Everyone we encountered during our time there was very friendly and welcoming. We love our new CX-5 and I would highly recommend this dealership! More
