The car I bought was a good value for the money and the certified pre-owned coverage and process provides an excellent level of assurance. Above all, my internet and in-person sales advisor, Garrett Oxnaes, was fantastic. Garrett listened to what I wanted in terms of car requirements and went out of his way to find it for me. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate mine, going so far as to come in on a day off to show me the car I ultimately bought. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He helped me decide on what was important to me in a car and what features I really needed. Perhaps most importantly, he did all this without any buying pressure. Post sale, Garrett was there when I had minor concerns and went the extra step for me in arranging detailing of the car including minor ding removal and home delivery (not an insubstantial thing when you live 100+ miles away). We said we were coming out to purchase the car. The dealership was 90 minutes away. It was worth the drive. The car was prepped with a detail and a tank of gas. Gerlie even put a giant red bow on it. We went through a simple no hassle process in the Finance Department and we were on our way. The CX30 AWD is a perfect car for our needs. It is elegant, well designed, and is fun to drive.
