I was recently involved in a hit & run which I was recently involved in a hit & run which unfortunately totaled my car. After touring 2 different dealerships, I thought settling with a crossover I was recently involved in a hit & run which unfortunately totaled my car. After touring 2 different dealerships, I thought settling with a crossover from Honda was the safest and most reliable option for me. Then someone close said “Christina you’re going to have this car for a while so make sure it’s something you really want”. That statement led me to look at more options... aka MAZDA. They were prompt with answering the phones, and scheduling me an appointment. My agent was Jarrell Boyd & he instantly made me feel at home. Being in a sales role myself, I know when I’m being sold a story versus when someone is being genuine. Jerrell was very genuine and attentive to my needs. He checked back in, and made sure the car was absolutely perfect before I took it home. He was very knowledgeable on all the features and care packages. Loved my experience! More
