The finance manager made sure i didn’t have any questions, that Garrett went over everything about the vehicle and that I didn’t have any concerns regarding the loan. Everything was handled over the phone and didn’t even have to go into the dealership. They delivered the car directly to me & made sure I was completely satisfied with the car before signing. When the time comes around for another car, I’ll definitely be going back. More

Wow! Who knew buying a car could be fun! I called to test drive a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring model I saw listed online, and Taylor put me in touch with Nick. Nick was very helpful and quickly I called to test drive a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring model I saw listed online, and Taylor put me in touch with Nick. Nick was very helpful and quickly got the car ready for a test drive. Many salesman do not "listen" to their customers, they just rattle off all the features, but Nick listened to what I said I wanted... He hopped in the car beside me for the test drive and without being pushy or overbearing, proceeded to take me on a well planned route to test drive all the features of this model (in town, neighborhood, and freeway). Nick took the time to point out all the helpful features I had mentioned I was looking for, and so many more! He showed me how they were engaged and disengaged, useful and adjustable, and how the features would make driving this car a dream. To me, service is an art form, and few master it at such a young age, and Nick has the gift of thinking of the other person and fulfilling their need. I applaud this young man for shining in an industry that need more like him! I did not buy the car on the first visit, and Nick was not pushy or aggressive in any way. I applaud Elk Grove Mazda for their willingness to put the customer first! I called the next day and was ready to buy. Nick came in on his day off to accommodate me, set up all my paperwork, send the car to be detailed, all I had to do was sign, have my picture taken with my car, and drive home in luxury and style!
