I spent several days car shopping around the Sacramento area before ending up at Elk Grove Mazda. I had your pretty typical experience at other dealerships--the usual pressure and having to haggle over eac area before ending up at Elk Grove Mazda. I kept searching online and fortunately found the car and the price I wanted available at Mazda. I called them to check availability, and Taylor, internet sales rep, took care of me. Very refreshing experience--they really take pride in making their customers feel comfortable, offering fair prices, and not pressuring. They have business accounts with Lyft and Uber that took me to/from their location. This dealership also offered some really great value above and beyond what I found elsewhere for no extra charge such as extended power train warranty up too 100k miles/ 10 years and free car washes for life. Overall, I'm very pleased to have found a dealership with a such a supportive ethos, and look forward to working with them in the future. More

Jarell gave me great info on the CX-5 wit My recent experience in January with Mazda of Elk Grove was amazing.. The customer service was over the top. Jarell gave me great info on the CX-5 with no pressure to buy. With my past buying experience with other cars and dealerships in the past, I was already bracing myself for a pressure sale when I arrived. Not the case. I knew I had my sights on an SUV, and Jarell was able to answer all my questions I had when I first got to the dealership for a test drive. After I figured out what I wanted, the rest of the buying process went quite smoothly. I asked a lot of questions and Jarell was extremely patient with me. I am very impressed with the performance of the 2020 CX-5 Grand Touring and the wonderful features you would think would be only available at an extra cost or only on a "luxury" SUV. Not true. I look forward everyday to driving my CX-5 and would highly recommend this car to anyone. Thanks Jarell for the awesome customer service. Fritz in financing was great as well. More
