Gerlie found me the exact car that I wanted, had it out in front of the dealership at the time I requested and greeted us with a friendly smile and a hand shake. I was accompanied by my husband but Gerlie respected the fact that this was going to be my car and that I would be making the decision. She was very knowledgeable about the car and knew the answers to all my questions. She lead us through the purchasing process, multitasking so the car would be ready for me once I purchased it. The process was hassle free, we got a good deal and an excellent interest rate. Gerlie stayed many hours after her shift should have ended to be sure everything was complete, my new car was clean, I was oriented to the car and even made sure I got a picture with my new car!!
