Great buying experience: 2018 Mazda3 HB Touring I had an excellent experience here at Mazda of Elk Grove. I actually came here a month prior when I had just started the car buying process. Rachel Sm I had an excellent experience here at Mazda of Elk Grove. I actually came here a month prior when I had just started the car buying process. Rachel Smolich was extremely helpful and armed us with great knowledge even though we weren't ready to buy at that point. We used that knowledge throughout our process and even though the were some lower prices elsewhere, we elected to return here for their excellent service and people. It didn't stop here. Once Rachel secured us a fantastic price, we got into the finance office with Fritz Roepke. He was extremely friendly and helpful and went over our options for maintenance plans and extended warranties.
