Even though I was the last deal of the evening on a Friday night, they didn’t make me feel rushed but important and valued. Everything moved along at a steady pace and everyone was so friendly, just like being around family!! My sales person Ratish took my vehicle back to the Detail department, brought it back perfect and beautiful!! He and even topped her off with a bow when he brought it back while I wasn’t looking! Julian, Grant and Fritz did magic with my numbers and even played me a theme song and cheered for me when I came out of finance!! I couldn’t ask for a better experience on my 3rd Mazda!!! More

Excellent Car Buying Experience I had spent a couple months researching, test driving and shopping for the right car for me. After deciding on the Mazda CX-5, I continued looking onl I had spent a couple months researching, test driving and shopping for the right car for me. After deciding on the Mazda CX-5, I continued looking online and test drove them at a couple dealerships. I found just the right car at Elk Grove Mazda. I called and talked with Nick Ishihara and scheduled an appointment. I can’t say enough good things about Nick! The initial car I went to purchase didn’t work out (no fault of his) but he quickly worked out an excellent “second” option....which turned out to be the best!! Nick listened to me and my needs, never trying to push me. I drove home very happy in my new car. I would 100% recommend Nick at Elk Grove Mazda!!! ...and the entire team! They were great to work with ...pleasant, knowledgeable, fun, helpful and genuine. More

Service Department Review They are fast for basic services, but if you have an older car their service model does not work well. They did the absolute minimum and no more. My M They are fast for basic services, but if you have an older car their service model does not work well. They did the absolute minimum and no more. My Mazda is 13 years old and needs more than the minimum. I got an oil change and less than a week later needed parts replaced. When I took it back due to engine issues, I was told that the rubber parts were worn and extremely brittle. If that was the case, it should have been noted during the oil change and brought to my attention. I have an inspection form done after that oil change that says my car was fine. With a vehicle as old as mine, the mechanics should be proactive about service and maintenance. That has not been my experience at Elk Grove Mazda. If you have an older vehicle and you are not diligent about checking under your hood, I would suggest you look elsewhere for service. More
