Won't take my car anywhere else! Brought my car in due to my brakes were making a hissing sound. I was greeted promptly by Kyle. He looked over my past visits for service and noticed that the last person that assisted me was Chris. I was transferred over to Chis right away. The customer service I received from Chris was top of the line and made sure that I was well taken cared of by getting loaner and had me on my way in no time. He made sure to keep me up-to-date with my car, provided options on what needed to be done and addressed all of my questions and concerns. As for the cost, I ended up paying less than what I thought it was going to cost. All the employees in the Service Department at Mazda of Elk Grove are so friendly and courteous. My experiences at this department has been nothing but pleasant! I won't take my vehicle to serviced anywhere else! Keep up the good work and wonderful customer service! More

After receiving the news of vehicle not being repairable I called to have a few policy’s canceled through Mazda . I had a lovely experience over the phone with Deannah in finance , she helped answer a few questions and clear up some confusion. Shortly after speaking with her Garrett rang us to see if everyone was okay and invite us up to have a look at a few cars. After looking and speaking with Garrett we selected our vehicle, went over options and were off to the next step of finance. My boyfriend and I are currently building our credit and getting us into this new Mazda 3 was not as easy as we had hoped, but do to Garrett’s hard work and the Mazda finance/ management we were able to drive away in our brand new car. Without Garret’s diligence and the Mazda team working so very hard to make this happen for us we would not have been able to buy our beautiful car. I had done a TON of research and knew exactly what I wanted so when I found a great deal online at Mazda EG I called and spoke to Matt. From the beginning he seemed honest and knowledgeable but most importantly he seemed dedicated to finding me a great deal. We communicated and negotiated everything via phone, text, and email which honestly was great for me. Matt was the primary person I dealt with but since he wasn’t working on the only day I could come in, he arranged everything and then Nick (who was also great to work with) helped us sign the paperwork and get on our way. From start to finish I can see why they are rated #1 in California! More
