He was very knowledgeable about the cars and the differences between each one. We were offered snacks and water during our entire visit. When we sat down to sign the papers with Francisco, I kept waiting for the "you need to add this to your car or else" doomsday high pressure approach...it never came. We were deciding between this and the Honda CR-V; the way we were treated, the non aggressive approach and the deal we feel we received on the car, sealed the deal. We would recommend Fritz, Francisco, and this dealership to our family and friends. More
