NO PRESSURE, in fact he gave me good information about the car, and what that would look like in my particular situation, all without pressure! It was nearly 2 weeks later that I went in for a test drive and Garrett had cleared his afternoon for me. Test drive, discussing my best option for the car that I wanted, explained everything about the car. And then the buying experience itself could not have been more pleasant! ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful! Went in today to pick up a back cover that was ordered and even the parts staff made sure to make me feel at home and welcome, and treated me like a new family member. Garrett has since contacted me to be sure I am happy with the car and to go over little things about the car that I wouldn't have thought to ask. AND I got my first lifetime FREE carwash today! This dealership has it all figured out! I will recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a car! I am SO happy I chose to purchase a car through them! More

EXCEPTIONAL I have never had an experience as pleasant as the one I had @ Elk Grove Mazda! When we were @ the point of "just looking" stage...we meet the "extremely pleasant and knowledgeable" Matt Heidrich who offered to help us and take us A thru Z with the CX-5 we were looking at. He explained everything in complete detail and more! We went on a test drive...he then explained the complete car buying process. After spending 2 1/2 hours with us and answering every conceivable question, it was time for us to go home. He did not ask for our telephone number or our e-mail address ....he only said, when you are ready to buy, I will be here to take care of you! There was literally NO PRESSURE to buy anything!!! Unbelievable experience! Needless to say, when we were ready to buy our new vehicle, we returned to Elk Grove Mazda and Matt Heidrich! In the midst of addressing the main issue they also took care of a recall issue and provided at no cost a Full Circle Service Inspection. We are a Mazda household and Mazda of Elk Grove is in my opinion the best place to have your Mazda serviced! More
