The week before Thanksgiving, I saw a 2018 Silver CX-9 Touring that I really liked. I called and spoke to Gerlie Fevidal in sales. I told her what I wanted and I did what she asked me to do. She listened and met my expectations which I didn’t think was possible. She assured me that none of my time will be waisted. She made it very convenient for me and met with me on her day off. She was very pleasant and helpful with the credit and finance process. She was very knowledgeable about the car and the future maintenance services.
