EJ Delano, waved me into his office immediately asked what was it I needed. I said my cruise control was not working properly. He said let's take your car out for a test drive. Shortly afterwards said it needed a software update. Fixed the problem fast and efficiently. This type of customer service will continue to keep me a loyal customer.
