Now I know why Elk Grove Mazda is the #1 Dealer I did a lot of research when I decided it was time to replace my 2002 Ford Ranger. I decided I would replace the Ranger with a compact hatchback. I I did a lot of research when I decided it was time to replace my 2002 Ford Ranger. I decided I would replace the Ranger with a compact hatchback. I wanted one that got good gas mileage, performed well, was reliable, looked good and not over priced. After researching for 3 months I finally decided on the Mazda3. The moment I drove it off the lot I knew I made the right decision. My experience at Elk Grove Mazda couldn't have been any better. I never felt pushed to get something I was not interested in. I felt everyone I talked to was out for my best interest. I worked with Matt H. I believe he went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I started the process in Feb. by going to KBB to have them give me an estimate on what a dealer may give me for my Ranger. I entered my name and contact information knowing it would be sent to dealers. In the comments section I was ok with a dealer knowing my information but I did not want to be called during work hours. I worked with Matt back in February all by email he sent me information on the Mazda I was interested in. I eventually told him I needed more time to decide. Matt emailed me back saying he understood that I wanted to wait a little longer and said when I am ready to contact him again then we'll talk. The morning of March 23 2017 is when I emailed Matt back and told him which Mazda3 I was ready to purchase. He replied back that morning very quick and we got the process of the paper work started that morning while I was still at work. By the time I got off work he contacted me and said my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I then met Matt and we hit it off right away. It felt like we had been friends for years and we were there catching up on old times. Elk Grove Mazda agreed to take my Ranger at a higher price then I expected. My entire experince at Elk Grove Mazda was the best I ever had and I have already recommended them to everyone that has admired my new 2017 Mazda 3 GT. Now I know why Elk Grove is the Number 1 Dealer. More

Wonderful Experience Jaik is a wonderful salesperson. Even though our purchase happened late Saturday night, Jaik waited patiently to explain to us all the new feature an Jaik is a wonderful salesperson. Great experience, they understand how this should work! Unlike some buyers, I knew exactly what I wanted (2017 gray Miata MX-5 Club edition) and what amount I wanted for my trade-in. I spoke with Cooper on Unlike some buyers, I knew exactly what I wanted (2017 gray Miata MX-5 Club edition) and what amount I wanted for my trade-in. I spoke with Cooper on the phone and explained that I lived in SF and that if they would give me what I wanted on my trade-in (which was reasonable blue book value) then I would come and buy the Miata that same day, but I wanted a guaranteed value because I wasn't going to drive 2 hrs from SF just to haggle. Cooper understood where I was coming from and had me email him photos of my trade-in and registration, and an hour later called me back to say that they would give me what I wanted. I hopped in my car, drove to Elk Grove, and drove home with my Miata that same day. It was a great, relaxed and laid back experience. They knew what I wanted, didn't try to up-sell me or give me a runaround on my trade-in. I had been to two other Mazda dealers (Redwood City - who ignored me and Concord - who tried to tell me that the 2017 Miatas only came in RF version and that they had to see my car to give me a trade in value, which is ridiculous) and both experiences were lousy. Mazda of Elk Grove made it super easy and it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family. More

Great amenities and professional service. Came in for routine 15k maintenance. Free wifi and comfortable work space allowed me to get a lot of work done while I waited.
