She was able to answer almost all of our questions and when she didn't know an answer to a question, she consulted her manager instead of giving an inaccurate response. She provided excellent customer service as exemplified by her willingness to walk out into the rain to retrieve our car and drive the car into the front of the office without having us walk out into the rain as well. Furthermore, she was attentive to our needs as shown by her act of offering us snacks several times during the negotiation when we were becoming fatigued. In addition, she also took the initiative to retrieve another car that she felt was suitable for our needs and allow us to have a second test drive even though there was pouring rain outside. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Stephanie to other car buyers. More
