Well, thanks in no small part to Billy, it has definitely lived up to that reputation. I've dealt with the service department 3 times since I've had my car. Each time, Billy greeted me with a GREAT attitude. The thing that impressed me the most was, on my second visit, Billy remembered me from my first time (despite a few months having passed). He even remembered what we talked about. Also on my second visit, I told Billy about a squeaking noise coming from my door lock. Billy informed me that I only had a few days left on my warranty. He made sure the problem got diagnosed before the warranty expired. Thanks to Billy, Elk Grove Mazda's reputation is well-deserved. More

When I was ready to test drive and compare the 2017 Mazda 3 and 2017 Mazda 6, I was emailed information from three dealerships in my area. Fritz Roepke at Mazda of Elk Grove was the only Consultant of the three locations who actively communicated with me in trying to find what I was looking for. During my test drives the following day Fritz was very helpful. He was able to locate exactly what I was looking for without compromising on the interior color, exterior color, or the trim level I preferred. After choosing the 2017 Mazda 6, Francisco Morales got me through the paperwork with ease. He explained everything and made me feel confident that I was getting an excellent vehicle at a great price. Great Customer Service Dropped my car off on late Wednesday for my Thursday morning appointment. I warmly greeted by Billy Shields from the Elk Grove Mazda - Service Depart Dropped my car off on late Wednesday for my Thursday morning appointment. I warmly greeted by Billy Shields from the Elk Grove Mazda - Service Department. He helped me right away to check in my car. On Thursday morning by 9:00 a.m.. Billy called to let me know that my car was ready and also to let me know that my air filtered needed to be replaced. I told Billy that I had already purchased an air filter from Mazda but didn't swap it out yet. He told me when I pick up my car to bring the air filter in with me and he would swap it out for me. When I arrived to pick up my car, he swapped out my air filter right away. The great customer service that Billy provided was outstanding. Because Elk Grove Mazda always provides such great customer service, I will always have my car service at this dealership. More
