Although the car I came to see was no longer on the lot, Nick showed me a few similar models. We test drove a couple, arranged a 0% 5-year loan, and worked out a trade-in value that was just okay (I wanted $10,000, dealer offered $9000, we settled at $9500). Nick showed me around the dealership, introduced me to the staff, and was there for me from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions. When he wasn't sure of the answer, he found a person who did. How many young people do that today? My whole experience at Mazda of Elk Grove was very comfortable. More

I really wanted a Mazda and I looked at dealerships closer to my area but they weren't very helpful and I wasn't satisfied. After leaving the one in my city unhappy, I decided to send an email to this dealership before I made the drive out there and I'm glad I did. They provided excellent customer service and I wasn't even there in person. Once I went in they did everything they could for me to get the car I really wanted for a price I could afford. If I would have finished my purchase through another dealer and not walked away, I would have settled for a car I didn't really want for the same price. When we decide to buy another car, I will definitely be going back here! More
