Excellent Customer Service I had such a great expeirence at Elk Grove Mazda . Maverick America helped me pick out the car of my dreams. In the past when purchasing a car you end I had such a great expeirence at Elk Grove Mazda . Maverick America helped me pick out the car of my dreams. In the past when purchasing a car you end up spending the entire day at the dealership. I was at the dealership for an hour and a half and drove off with my new 2015 Mazda6 Touring. Maverick is very knowlegable about Mazda's and even drives one himself. Mazda is lucky to have Maverick! I had been car shopping all over Sacramento and had a lot of horrible experiences. This was the best! They truly care about their customers. I live near Roseville and will go out of my way to go back to Elk Grove Mazda. All of my questions and concerns were answered. Steve Wray in financing had great customer service as well and truly cares about his customers. More

The dealership, like other dealerships, tries to up-sell buyers on add-ons, but they respect your decision when you say "no." They don't continue to push, which makes the buying experience much better than at other dealerships. More
